Catering Services:

  • A deposit is required to confirm catering bookings
  • Deposit amount varies based on event size and requirements
  • Final payment is due 24-48 hours before the event
  • Payment plans may be available for large events

Payment Confirmation

After successful payment, you will receive:

  • Instant payment confirmation on screen
  • Email confirmation with order details and receipt
  • SMS notification (if mobile number provided)
  • Order number for tracking and reference

Failed Transactions

If your payment fails:

  • Check if sufficient funds are available in your account
  • Verify that your card is enabled for online transactions
  • Ensure you've entered correct payment details
  • Try a different payment method
  • Contact your bank if the issue persists
  • Contact us for assistance

Note: If amount is debited but order is not confirmed, please contact us immediately. Refunds for failed transactions typically take 5-7 business days.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • UPI and wallet refunds may be faster (1-3 business days)
  • Card refunds may take 7-10 business days depending on your bank
